Delivery
Despatch is usually ex-stock and otherwise generally within a week of placing an order. Delivery is by mail using an insured signed for service. In the UK delivery is next working day, for mainland Europe generally 2 to 3 working days and elsewhere up to a week.
Units are supplied without a SIM. In the UK prepayment SIMs for the four main networks are available.
For orders of £50 or over prices include delivery.
If you require product for use in North America please contact by e-mail prior to placing an order as some products will not work in this market place and others have technical differences in the product supplied.

This model is a small self contained portable alarm which is powered for 4 days (when armed) by its internal rechargeable battery (the SIM is not included - but shows the size). It has a built in PIR movement detector active up to 5m range when armed. It comes complete with 230 VAC mains charger suitable for European 2 pin sockets or UK 3 pin sockets. By reconfiguring the unit it can also be used as a panic button or an alarm to call for assistance.

Mobilarm model 2005 & 5A Call unit
This model provides a lone worker alarm or a care alarm for frail family members or friends who choose to live independently. The GSM alarm unit plugs into any convenient 13A socket and requires no external aerials. It is supplied with a single call unit but can handle up to 7 call units. The battery powered call unit transmitter is produced either as a pendant for wearing round the neck or as a belt/pocket unit to clip to clothing. Pressing the call button will cause the plug unit to send a text message to summon assistance. When the call unit is tilted over and there is no movement for 2 minutes it will bleep for a few seconds to allow the wearer to shake it to cancel a potential alarm. If there is still no movement a 'fall' alarm will be sent to indicate the wearer may be unconcious. The range of the call unit is up to 50m. An alarm is given when a periodic transmission from the call unit is not received. Battery life is in excess of a year and a low battery message is sent when batteries are low.

5A Call unit
The 5A call unit is shown here in the bone coloured pendant option for wearing around the neck. The battery powered call unit transmitter is produced in pendant or belt/pocket clip form. Pressing the call button causes the unit to transmit a coded call message to the plug unit. When the call unit is tilted over and there is no movement for 2 minutes it will bleep for a few seconds to allow cancellation of a potential alarm. If there is no further movement the unit transmits a coded 'fall' alarm to the plug unit. The range of the call unit is up to 50m from the plug unit. The call unit makes a periodic transmission to the plug unit so its absence can be detected. Using 2 x AAA alkaline cells battery life is in excess of a year and a low battery indication is sent to the plug unit when batteries are low.

Budget Tracking software for Models 2004/2004E
This software provides visual tracking on a map. The map information is taken from the Multimap web-site requiring a broad-band connection to the internet. The software also requires a wired or wireless modem to make or accept calls from the Model 2004/2004E unit. When the data call is in progess the current position (updated every second) is displayed on the software console and also on the map which is updated about every 10 seconds. When using this software make sure your firewall and anti-virus are up to date as this computer configuration is potentially vulnerable.

This software provides a tracking console and interface to any mapping software that accepts a NMEA GPS input to a serial communication port. This allows it to be used with software such as Microsoft's Autoroute. The software provides the interface between the remote unit and the mapping software. It uses a dial-up modem (wired or wireless) to establish communication with the unit being tracked.
